Buy
When you place an order at the checkout, you enter into a contract of purchase. An order confirmation is then automatically generated by our database and sent to you by email. In the order confirmation you will see the total price including VAT and other taxes, fees and any delivery charges.

If an error occurs in the order, we will contact you as soon as possible to handle the matter further. However, the error must be clearly evident and permitted under Swedish law.

Sales to minors
We at Morgan Madison AB only enter into contracts with persons of legal age (18 years and over). If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent’s permission to place an order.

Prices and product information
The prices we have in the shop are our current prices including 25% (or 6%) VAT. VAT is included in the total cost you see at checkout. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to change the prices accordingly. Price adjustments can also be made at any time without prior notice.

The above information regarding VAT applies to private individuals. If you are a retailer and/or B2B customer, you are welcome to contact us for a quote, viewing and information by sending us an e-mail at sales@morganmadison.se.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in product information or pricing, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. If you are not satisfied with any correction we have made, you are of course entitled to cancel your order. On our part, we have the right not to execute an order if an error has occurred on the site, such as a technical error or that the stock balance has not been updated when the product is out of stock.

Gift cards and discount codes
If you have a gift card code or a discount code, enter this at checkout. The gift card code is entered exactly as you received it, in capital letters if you have letters in it. Discount codes may not be combined with each other or with current promotions. Only one gift card/discount code at a time can be entered at checkout.

Products and total costs
All the products we sell are adapted for use in Sweden. The total cost, which includes shipping and any other fees and VAT, is included in the total price you see at checkout. Offers and discount codes/gift cards are clearly specified at checkout. We reserve the right to sell out of popular products.

Payment methods

Morgan Madison’s online store is based on Klarna Checkout, which is a smooth, safe and easy way to shop.

About Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout for private customers. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. A credit check is never taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but as needed depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit reports taken by Klarna do not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as. banker. After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout will show you which options are available to you.

By making a purchase at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s terms of use, which are also linked at the bottom of the checkout. Klarna is PCI DSS compliant.

Card payment
Paying by card is managed at the cash desk and you can use this without giving your personal identity number. You can always feel safe shopping with Swedish cards issued by VISA or MasterCard in the store. When you pay by card, you’ll be redirected to a secure page with an SSL certificate where you can safely enter your card details and complete the payment. Once the payment has been approved, you will be sent back to the store where you will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed.

Direct payment via Pay Direct
Morgan Madison AB offers secure direct payment via your online bank which you can confirm with Mobile BankID. With Klarna’s Pay Direct you can make a payment from your bank account. If you have previously registered your bank account for direct payment with us (with a direct debit mandate), either via the Klarna customer portal or in connection with a purchase, you only need to authorise the payment with Mobile BankID. If you have not yet registered for direct debit, you can do so in a few simple steps and confirm with your Mobile BankID. We never share your bank details with anyone other than your bank. The money will be deducted from your account once the shop has processed your order. This usually happens when the goods are dispatched by the shop or directly at the time of purchase in the case of digital goods. You can read more about when the money is deducted from your bank account and what applies to your payment in Klarna’s direct debit terms. If for some reason the money cannot be withdrawn, you will receive an invoice instead. If you subsequently do not receive your goods, or if there is something wrong with them, Klarna’s buyer protection applies, of course. You can read more about how we handle your data in our data protection policy.

Part payment via Klarna
You can apply to pay at your own pace or pay a fixed amount per month. When you pay by instalments with Klarna, the following always applies:
You get the product home before you pay
You collect all your purchases on one monthly invoice
You pay at your own pace or a fixed amount per month

Account – pay at your own pace
You pay any amount per month. The minimum amount you can pay is 1/24 of the remaining amount and not less than 50 SEK each month. You can pay the remaining amount in full at any time. An administration fee of 29 SEK per month is added to the invoice.
Example: for a purchase of SEK 10 000, the set-up fee is SEK 0. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11 458. The number of instalments is 12 and each instalment is SEK 955. The example assumes that repayments are made over a period of one year.

Fixed instalment
Fixed instalments from Klarna mean that you split your payment over 6, 12 or 24 months (and in some stores even 36 months). You know from the start what your monthly cost will be – and you know when you’ve finished paying.
In the case of a fixed instalment, the interest cost is calculated on the total amount outstanding, which means that the monthly cost is higher in the first month and lower in the last month.

Application and acceptance
If Klarna approves your request for a partial payment, the amount will be added to your existing Klarna Account. If Klarna approves your application and you do not already have a Klarna Account, we will send you a confirmation. Once you have received your confirmation, you will have a Klarna Account.Klarna reserves the right to refuse your request for a partial payment.

Credit checks and personal data management
A credit check is carried out at the time of purchase, which in some cases involves a credit report. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data primarily for the purposes of identification, customer analysis, credit control, marketing and business development, including transfer to specially selected partners or to countries outside the EU/EEA area. Personal numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes. See Klarna’s data protection policy for a more detailed description of Klarna’s personal data processing.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to call Klarna on 08-120 120 10. Mondays to Thursdays they are open from 08.00 to 20.00, Fridays from 08.00 to 18.00 and weekends from 10.00 to 17.00.

Invoice
When paying by invoice, the standard payment period is 14 days from the date your goods are dispatched from us. The invoice is sent when the goods leave the warehouse. In order to use these payment options, your personal identification number and an approved credit assessment with our partner are required and your order will be sent to your address. The credit assessment does not result in a listing of the request with a credit institution. When you buy more than SEK 6,000 or want to split the payment, information on your annual income is also required. Invoice fee is 0 SEK. Full terms and conditions are clearly disclosed in the cash register.

A reminder fee will be charged for non-payment. If you have spent less than SEK 60, you will be charged SEK 29.00, and if you have spent SEK 60 or more, you will be charged a reminder fee of SEK 60.00. A late payment interest rate of 24.00% plus the applicable reference rate will also be added. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may be handed over for collection, where additional collection costs may be incurred.
Once you have received your invoice, instead of paying the whole invoice at once, you can be offered to pay in a lower amount and thus turn your invoice into a flexible instalment. This means that you pay at your own pace with at least 50 SEK per month. The APR for a purchase of SEK 10,000, a monthly administrative fee of SEK 29, a variable interest rate of 19.90% and payment over 12 months is 29.22%. Each instalment will then be SEK 955 per month and your total cost will be SEK 11 458.

Transport damage
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported immediately to our customer service, either by e-mail or telephone. In order for us to claim the damage from our carrier, we need to notify them of the damage within 1-3 days. You should therefore report the damage within this period. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage and it is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is free of defects as soon as possible after receipt. Always remember to keep the packaging and wrapping so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

Untriggered order
Unredeemed packages will be returned to us after 14 days and you will be charged for the return shipping cost of 200 SEK.
If you have chosen invoice as your payment option, it is important that you contact Klarna to avoid any reminder fee and late payment interest. Compensation for unredeemed packages will be sent by invoice via Klarna.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, our aim is always to find the best possible solution, whatever has happened. In the event of a dispute with the Swedish Complaints Board (ARN), we always follow the recommendation given by ARN. The Consumer Sales Act (KKL) and the Distance Selling Act (DHL) are mandatory laws that we as retailers work under. Our terms and conditions of sale are complementary to these two laws. In addition to the General Complaints Board, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act also makes it possible to turn to the EU’s Joint Dispute Resolution website, where you as a consumer can submit a complaint and agree on a solution with the trader http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Any dispute shall be resolved by either Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
